Founding Account Executive — First sales hire at a Zurich-based AI physical security startup. On-site.

Physical security is entering a transformative decade. Cameras have multiplied, perimeters have grown, and threats have evolved — but the number of human operators watching screens has not. This company builds the intelligent software that changes that: a hardware-agnostic brain that turns any robot and any existing camera into a single, coordinated monitoring force.

Zurich-based founding team, backed by strong investors.

As Founding Account Executive, you’ll be the first dedicated sales hire, working directly alongside the CEO. You own day-to-day execution of the full sales cycle and build the playbook as you go. Early on it’s a true partnership — the founder is in the room on key deals — and as the motion builds, you take it fully end to end.

Player-coach: closing deals yourself now, building and coaching the team that closes the next hundred.

• What You’ll Own→ Full-cycle sales — source, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close→ Enterprise B2B — critical infrastructure, land-and-expand→ Public sector and defence (B2G) — procurement, tenders, framework agreements→ Pilots to contracts — scope and sell paid POCs that convert to long-term deals→ The playbook — capture what works, sharpen the ICP, feed signal back to product→ Pipeline, CRM, and forecasting — clean, honest, and ambitious
• What We’re Looking For→ 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales — verifiable record of closing, not just sourcing→ Self-sourcing pipeline — you don’t wait for inbound→ Startup or early-stage experience — comfortable with ambiguity and no infrastructure→ Technically literate — you can credibly sell a genuinely technical product to sophisticated buyers→ AI-fluent and unmistakably human — high EQ, reads the room, builds real relationships→ High agency, high reliability, high ambition→ Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich
• Bonus: government/defence sales experience, background in deeptech/security/robotics/CV, DACH/UK network, German proficiency
• Career path: Founding AE → Head of Sales → VP Sales as you build and lead the team beneath you
