ASSISTANT / MANAGER, CRM & DIGITAL MARKETING

About the Role

Pizza Hut Singapore is looking for a commercially driven Assistant / Manager, CRM & Digital Marketing to lead our customer engagement, retention, and digital growth initiatives.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will primarily drive Pizza Hut Singapore's CRM and loyalty strategy by developing personalised customer journeys, improving customer retention, increasing purchase frequency, and maximising customer lifetime value. You will leverage customer insights, data analytics and marketing automation to build stronger relationships with our customers across every touchpoint.

In addition, you will support digital marketing initiatives across paid media, owned digital platforms and e-commerce channels to drive customer acquisition, online sales and campaign performance.

You will also oversee our delivery marketplace partnerships to ensure Pizza Hut remains highly visible and commercially competitive across key platforms.]This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and digital commerce within a fast-paced, highly transactional consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing (55%)
• Lead Pizza Hut Singapore's CRM strategy across customer acquisition, activation, retention, win-back and loyalty.
• Develop personalised customer journeys across EDM, push notifications, SMS and in-app communications.
• Drive customer segmentation strategies using behavioural and transactional data.
• Improve customer lifetime value (CLTV), repeat purchase frequency and customer retention.
• Manage and optimise Pizza Hut's loyalty programme and customer engagement initiatives.
• Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns based on customer insights and business objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimise CRM platforms and customer journeys.
• Monitor CRM performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing and optimisation.
• Digital Marketing & E-commerce (35%)
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, SEM, social media and owned digital channels.
• Work closely with media agencies to optimise campaign performance, ROAS and marketing ROI.Support optimisation of Pizza Hut Singapore's website, mobile app and digital ordering platforms.
• Improve digital customer journeys, conversion rates and online ordering experience.
• Partner with IT and external vendors to enhance digital platforms and customer experience.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Delivery Marketplace Management (5%)
• Manage relationships with food delivery partners including Grab
• Food, foodpanda and other marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, menu updates and platform content to maximise visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor delivery platform performance and identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Reporting & Analytics (5%)
• Monitor CRM, digital marketing and commercial performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and digital growth.

Requirements

• Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Loyalty Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms, customer segmentation, marketing automation and personalised campaigns.
• Experience managing loyalty programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience within QSR, F&B, retail, e-commerce or other high-volume consumer businesses will be an advantage.
• Experience working with digital agencies, CRM vendors or marketing technology platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery marketplace platforms such as Grab
• Food and foodpanda will be advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management and loyalty programmes.
• Experience in customer segmentation, personalisation and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into commercial opportunities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media and conversion optimisation.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Proficient in interpreting campaign performance, customer analytics and marketing KPIs.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and marketing technologies to improve productivity, campaign execution and customer engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive and passionate about customer experience and digital growth.
