As a fast-growing, AI-first company at the intersection of technology, branding, and startups, Atom is building out its partnership channel and looking for someone who can own it from first contact through signed deal and beyond.

The Role

We're hiring an Account Executive to run our partnership pipeline solo. You'll be responsible for the full deal cycle: sourcing prospects, running outreach, negotiating terms, and closing. Unlike a typical AE role focused only on closing, you'll also own onboarding and the ongoing relationship after the deal is signed, plus the collateral and coordination that keeps deals moving.

You'll work with our tech team on integration scope and our Growth team on strategic direction.

This role rewards someone who's hands-on in the field, prospecting and negotiating daily, but who can also zoom out and think about the shape of the pipeline: where the best partners are coming from, what's converting, and what to try next.

What You'll Do

• Source and qualify partnership prospects and run outbound campaigns
• Own negotiations from first conversation through signed agreement
• Lead partner onboarding and coordinate integration needs with the tech team
• Build and refine sales collateral: templates, decks, proposals
• Maintain and grow relationships with signed partners over time
• Track pipeline metrics and adjust approach based on what's converting
• Periodically reassess targeting and strategy rather than running the same playbook indefinitely

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in an Account Executive, sales, or partnerships role with full-cycle ownership
• Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals independently
• Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person conversations
• Comfortable coordinating with technical teams on scope and integration
• Self-directed: able to manage a full pipeline without a manager assigning next steps
• High ownership mindset and follow-through
• Bonus: experience selling into or partnering with SaaS companies or marketplaces
