Location: Kitchener, ON (on-site)

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE: $60k+)

What You Will Do?

You will manage the entire sales cycle. No handing off clients to someone else, you hunt them, you close them, you keep them.

• Prospect: Identify and cold-call shippers across North America to build your pipeline.
• Consult: Diagnose supply chain pain points and offer Lumico’s freight solutions.
• Negotiate: Go head-to-head on pricing with shippers and carriers to maximize margin.
• Manage: Oversee your freight from pickup to delivery, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
• Grow: Turn one-off shipments into dedicated, long-term accounts.

The Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus, but grit is required.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• Strong tech proficiency (CRM, Load Boards, Email).
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
