Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, email communications, and digital content initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment.

This individual will play a key role in managing digital production cycles, programming and deploying email campaigns, coordinating web and marketing assets, and supporting campaign execution across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, technically proficient with HTML/CSS, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Program, test, and deploy email campaigns.
• Build and maintain email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Manage digital production and publishing workflows from intake through launch.
• Provide QA and campaign execution activities for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the email team to deliver marketing communications.
• Coordinate digital assets and content required for campaigns and maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Create email templates and send email campaigns
• Support the deployment of email newsletters, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
• Submit digital support tickets to the publishing team, escalating issues as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience in a Digital Coordinator, Email Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Experience programming and deploying email campaigns.
• Understanding of digital production and publishing lifecycles.
• Experience working in a financial services environment or supporting financial services clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Financial Services Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Global Asset Management (GAM), Asset Management, or Wealth Management experience.
• Experience with Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
• Experience with Seismic or similar sales enablement tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience using Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and enterprise communications.
