Digital Marketing, Design & PR Coordinator

About Us

Renso Foods is a globally recognized Vietnamese food brand with operations and partners in nearly 50 countries. Renso Ko-Bites is our newest concept—a bold, modern Vietnamese fusion restaurant in downtown Toronto.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and design-savvy Digital Marketing & PR Coordinator to help shape and grow the voice of both brands. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across content creation, brand strategy, and team collaboration in a fast-growing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design and produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop (and/or Illustrator/Canva) for digital and print
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (graphics, short-form video, campaigns)
• Maintain a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic across all platforms

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Support and help execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive traffic (online → in-store)
• Plan and coordinate digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights

PR, Partnerships & EventsLeadership & Coordination, Digital Presence & E-commerce Support

• Support PR initiatives, media outreach, and influencer collaborations
• Coordinate community partnerships, activations, and brand events
• Assist with launches and experiential marketing initiatives
• Help coordinate and guide junior staff, interns, or external creatives (photographers, freelancers, agencies)
• Support project timelines, content calendars, and cross-team collaboration
• Bring proactive ideas and contribute to overall brand and business growth
• Support website updates, email marketing, and CRM initiatives
• Contribute to growing online sales channels and connecting digital efforts with retail/restaurant experiences

Qualifications

• Degree or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field
• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop (required); Illustrator or similar tools an asset
• Demonstrated ability in visual design and content creation
• Understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and campaign planning
• Experience leading projects, mentoring peers, or coordinating teams is a strong asset
• Strong communication skills in English
