About the Opportunity

A specialist recruitment firm dedicated exclusively to the cybersecurity and broader IT market is looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to take full ownership of a desk based in Chicago.

Backed by global resources but operating with boutique agility, this is a business scaling quickly to meet soaring demand for technology and security talent across cloud, data, infrastructure, and cyber defence.

You'll own the full 360 process from winning and managing client relationships through to sourcing and placing top-tier talent with a vertical focus on either Cybersecurity or broader IT markets depending on your background and strengths.

What You Will Do

• Run a full 360 recruitment desk across Cybersecurity and/or IT markets from Chicago
• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships through consultative outreach
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of specialist talent across cloud, infrastructure, networking, data, and cyber defence disciplines
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both contract and permanent roles, from first client contact through to placement
• Respond quickly to urgent client needs while maintaining a high standard of candidate and client experience
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities within your chosen vertical
• Drive toward ambitious financial and activity targets within a high-performance environment

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within Cybersecurity, IT, or broader technology markets
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships from scratch
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills within fast-moving, specialist markets
• Relationship-focused, with excellent communication and networking skills
• Resilient, self-motivated, and consistently driven by results
• Comfortable balancing business development with delivery in a high-volume environment
