👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Lead and develop two established teams while owning the strategic direction of our public cloud marketplace offering.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and teams to achieve outstanding performance.
• Create an engaging, accountable and inclusive team culture.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Own and evolve our cloud marketplace strategy.
• Oversee cloud procurement operations, licensing alignment and customer onboarding.
• Manage operational risk, governance and compliance across cloud services.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Billing, Risk, Legal and Vendor Alliances.
• Build strategic relationships with key partners including Microsoft, AWS and Google.
• Deliver commercial insights and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives that support our digital strategy.
