Senior Project Manager (IT)

🌟 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager (IT) 🌟We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in Singapore. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Monthly Salary (SGD)$8,000 to $8,400

Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initial discovery and planning through implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to assess operational needs and convert them into well-defined functional and technical requirements.
• Develop system designs and solution approaches that support business objectives, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Coordinate integrations between internal applications and external digital platforms, including government authentication and shared services.
• Organise user acceptance testing activities, resolve identified issues, and confirm that solutions meet agreed business and quality standards.
• Guide project team members by providing technical direction, coaching, and support throughout delivery.
• Evaluate system performance and initiate improvements that strengthen reliability, security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, system designs, test plans, and implementation records.
• Oversee vendors and system integrators to ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Explore emerging technologies and industry practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
• At least five years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or a related area, preferably within a large enterprise or public-sector environment.
• Proven experience delivering complete project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution development, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Java, JavaScript, React, SQL, web development, object-oriented programming, and waterfall, Agile, or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• Effective stakeholder, communication, vendor-management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and positive working style.
