Vencora Business UnitVBU - Covenir
Job Summary
Covenir is a BPO partner to insurance carriers — and increasingly, a technology company that happens to serve them. The Platform is how that shows up day to day: modules spanning Print, Call Center, Virtual Mailroom, and Premium & Lockbox, built with an AI-assisted, 80/20 development model where AI handles the first draft and people handle the judgment.
The Data Analyst owns the data and reporting that support Covenir’s business — building and maintaining the analytics that give Operations, Sales & Marketing, and leadership a single, trustworthy view of performance, while scouting the AI tools and partnerships that inform Covenir’s build-versus-partner decisions.
The Platform is this role’s current top priority, but scope extends to Covenir’s broader data and reporting needs as priorities shift.
