Job Description

• Drive commercial growth and revenue across retail media solutions
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and account strategies
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across major FMCG and consumer brands
• Partner with media agencies to secure long-term advertising investments
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
• Promote data-driven advertising solutions that demonstrate measurable business impact
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance market offerings
• Represent the business at industry forums, conferences and client events
• Provide guidance and coaching to account management teams
• Maintain market intelligence on emerging retail media and advertising trends

The Successful Applicant

• commerce advertising, or related commercial roles
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers within major consumer brands, retailers, or agencies
• Strong understanding of advertising effectiveness, attribution, performance marketing, and measurement frameworks
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value commercial partnerships
• Experience working with media agencies and brand marketing stakeholders
• Excellent consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic growth plans
• Confident presenter with strong communication and influencing abilities
• Experience within retail media networks or commerce media environments would be advantageous
