Role Overview

EZ Living Furniture is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives aimed directly at growing footfall, brand engagement, and sales across our bricks-and-mortar nationwide store network.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy and in-store commercial execution. You will act as the champion for our physical showrooms, collaborating cross-functionally with Store Managers, Visual Merchandising, Purchasing, and E-Commerce to deliver cohesive, omnichannel campaigns.

In this role, you will optimize marketing spend, deploy innovative retail technologies, analyze market competition, and extract insights directly from our front-line store teams to keep EZ Living Furniture ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Store Sales & Footfall Activation
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated brand campaigns designed specifically to drive footfall and top-line revenue for retail showrooms.
• Local Area Marketing (LAM): Develop hyper-local marketing initiatives tailored to individual store catchments, local demographics, regional events, and new store openings.
• Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize allocated offline and localized marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) across print, out-of-home (OOH), regional media, and geo-targeted digital campaigns.
• Cross-Functional & Store Manager Collaboration
• Store Manager Feedback Loops: Establish structured communication channels with Store Managers to gather ground-level customer insights, localized stock opportunities, and floor-level feedback.
• Visual Merchandising Alignment: Partner with the Head of Visual Merchandising and floor stylists to ensure campaign messaging aligns seamlessly with showroom displays and seasonal room-set transformations.
• Purchasing & Category Coordination: Work alongside the Buying/Purchasing team to sync brand marketing pushes with product availability, high-margin inventory, and upcoming collection launches.
• Omnichannel / E-Commerce Synergy: Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to ensure unified brand storytelling, seamless click-and-collect journeys, and unified digital-to-store attribution.
• Retail Technology & Innovation
• Digital In-Store Experience: Identify and roll out cutting-edge retail technology (e.g., interactive digital signage, QR-driven product insights, AR/VR room planners, localized mobile loyalty integrations) to elevate the physical shopping experience.
• Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage CRM data, footfall tracking analytics, and POS insights to target key customer segments and trigger store visits.
• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis
• Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor local and global home/interiors retail competitors, analyzing their promotional mechanics, brand positioning, and showroom experiences.
• Industry Trends: Research cutting-edge global retail trends, experiential marketing tactics, and consumer interior design preferences to proactively implement fresh ideas into EZ Living Furniture's marketing mix.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: 3-5+ years in a Brand Management, Retail Marketing, or Trade Marketing role, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle sectors.
• Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of executing campaigns that directly boost sales and footfall in physical retail environments.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively across departments-from executive stakeholders and buyers to store teams on the shop floor.
• Budget Management: Experience allocating, managing, and measuring multi-channel marketing budgets to optimize ROI. Full, clean driving licence & own vehicle: Essential, as the role involved frequent store visits
