Marketing Manager

BONDI WASH and its sister brand WASH WILD are looking for a Marketing Manager to help support the global growth of both businesses. This is excellent opportunity for someone highly motivated to develop and grow with the brands and in the marketing function.BONDI WASH launched in 2013 with the vision to bring Australian botanicals to the world through a range of very natural fragrant products for the home and body.

Our sister brand WASH WILD launched in 2021 with the same vision, with a more accessible range focused on more mainstream distribution channels. Products are sold in 32 countries around the world with key markets of Germany, China and Korea.

We are a small team based in Paddington, NSW with an office in Milan, Italy working a very supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include

• Oversee the marketing plans of both businesses
• Develop digital marketing plans and activities
• Manage social media plans in line with strategic goals and brand vision
• Analyse marketing performance and prepare regular reports
• Assist international distributors with regional content if required
• Oversee and manage engaging content creation in line with brand values and vision
• Input into new product development
• Manage regular digital communications and flows to customers
• Oversee the website and input into its development and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in marketing
• Relevant industry experience - premium brand, cosnumer goods retail, health & beauty
• Experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Excellent written and analytical capabilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Kindness and a collaborative work ethic
