What you’ll be doing:

Running the full 360 recruitment cycle, matching top talent with leading employers.

Maintaining lasting relationships with contractors, consultancies, and developers.

Sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates from graduate to senior management.

Working on Executive Search assignments for key appointments in Ireland, UK & International.

Collaborating with a supportive, ambitious teams (Ireland & UK) that thrives on success.

What we’re looking for:

Recruitment experience (construction/engineering/technical a bonus, but not essential).

People-focused with natural relationship-building skills.
