We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Governance & PMO Lead to join a strategic digital transformation program within the healthcare sector. This role will be responsible for establishing and driving governance frameworks, ensuring effective portfolio oversight, and enabling successful delivery of multiple business and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project governance, PMO operations, stakeholder engagement, performance reporting, and delivery assurance. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain project and portfolio governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Lead requirements management, documentation governance, and change control processes to ensure complete traceability.

Monitor project delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and strategic objectives.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans (RAID).

Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, workshops, and executive review meetings.

Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, portfolio health reports, and performance metrics.

Support demand intake, initiative prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio management activities.

Perform delivery assurance reviews, quality assessments, and compliance monitoring across projects.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of project data and reporting.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement across PMO and governance functions.

Support organizational reporting, strategic planning, and executive presentations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

5–8+ years of experience in PMO, Delivery Governance, Project Management Office, Portfolio Management, or Delivery Assurance.

Demonstrated experience managing governance activities across multiple concurrent projects and programs.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging executive leadership.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard development.

Experience with ServiceNow and ManageEngine is highly desirable.

PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting healthcare, government, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), governance, compliance, and performance management.

Experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and governance metrics.
