Admin & Accounts Executive (Senior Level – Tally ERP Required)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Admin & Accounts Executive to join us in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for a professional who can independently manage both accounting and administrative operations with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must possess strong UAE accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience using Tally ERP.

As part of a non-profit organization specializing in asset management, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP.
• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense reports, and management summaries.
• Process employee reimbursements and maintain complete financial records.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Handle accounting adjustments, accruals, and provisions.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors and stakeholders.

VAT, Compliance & Audit

• Prepare and maintain VAT records and support VAT filing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and organizational information.

Administration & Operations

• Manage daily office administration and documentation.
• Prepare official letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain contracts, organizational records, and filing systems.
• Coordinate courier services, office supplies, utilities, and general office operations.
• Provide administrative support for HR and operational activities when required.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.
• Handle external visits and company-related coordination as required.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, along with a strong professional profile and proven UAE accounting experience, are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
• Sound knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a non-profit organization or asset management environment is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with banks, auditors, government entities, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining high accuracy.
• Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
