Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits.
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers on finance-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
