Urgent looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a growing hospital/clinic facility.

-Background: Hospital / Clinic Operations

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management, Accreditation & Compliance, Financial Oversight, Performance Monitoring, Patient Experience, Training & Development, Regulatory Compliance, Stakeholder Engagement, Recruitment for physicians, Quality Improvement: Marketing & Digital Initiatives etc.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
