Sales Representative – Coffee Roastery (Abu Dhabi) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing coffee roastery team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee, enjoys meeting new clients, and has experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retailers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Present our coffee products and roasting solutions to potential clients. - Meet monthly sales targets and grow existing accounts. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service. - Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales (coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality preferred). - Valid UAE driving license. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. - Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
