Job Summary

The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, introducing the company's services, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Present the company's services professionally and confidently.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads until closing the sale.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
