Sales Coordinator / Telesales Executive – Foodstuff Trading

Contact existing and potential customers through telephone, WhatsApp, and email to promote the company’s products.

Generate sales leads and arrange meetings for field sales representatives.

Follow up on quotations, samples, inquiries, and pending orders.

Receive customer orders and coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery.

Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer requirements.

Maintain regular contact with wholesalers, supermarkets, groceries, restaurants, caterers, cafeterias, and other foodservice customers.

Prepare quotations, price lists, sales orders, and customer correspondence.

Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-up schedules in the ERP or CRM system.

Reactivate inactive customers and identify opportunities to increase order frequency and value.

Monitor stock availability and communicate product or price updates to customers.

Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts and sales teams.

Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate their resolution.

Prepare daily and weekly reports covering calls, leads, quotations, orders, sales value, and pending follow-ups.

Achieve assigned telesales, lead-generation, and sales targets. Experience in UAE foodstuff trading, FMCG, frozen foods, or HORECA sales is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with food products, pack sizes, pricing, margins, and customer segments.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up, organization, and order-coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or CRM systems.

Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu would be an advantage.

Target-oriented, confident on the telephone, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
