Responsibilities

• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings and property tours.
• Present available rental opportunities professionally.
• Negotiate rental terms and assist in closing transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and generate referrals.
• Update activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Stay updated with Abu Dhabi communities, rental trends, and market opportunities.

Requirements

For Experienced Leasing Consultants

• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate leasing experience with proven rental deal closure record.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi rental market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• UAE Driving License and own car.

For Freshers / Career Switchers

• Genuine interest in building a career in real estate.
• Own visa and own car required.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or telecom is an advantage.
• Full training and coaching will be provided.
