Job Summary

Roya Real Estate is looking for a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant / Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling client calls, convincing customers, and closing deals. Experience in real estate leasing is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone calls and follow-ups
• Explain property details and convince clients to schedule viewings
• Handle leasing inquiries and convert leads into tenants
• Maintain client database and follow up regularly
• Coordinate with the leasing team for property availability
• Achieve monthly leasing targets

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of work experience (telesales / call center / real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in handling customer calls and closing deals
• Real estate or leasing experience is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
