Fit-out Civil Project Engineer

WE’RE HIRING: Project Engineer (Civil Engineering) We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and commercially minded Civil Site Manager to lead our site operations in the UAE.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can resolve complex technical clashes on the spot, and know how to drive a project from drawing approvals to final handover—we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do:

Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day site execution, manpower allocation, resource planning, and quality control.

Technical & Client Coordination: Lead technical discussions with clients/consultants, resolve design clashes using AutoCAD, and handle site issue resolution.

Procurement & Negotiation: Source brand suppliers, negotiate best prices for materials, and manage subcontractor agreements & performance.

Submittals & Approvals: Manage material technical submittals and shop drawing approvals through client/consultant sign-offs.

Project Controls: Create BOQs, track material delivery schedules, manage baseline project plans, and forecast cost & cash flow.

Hiring & Stakeholder Management: Hire site resources and act as the main focal point for all project stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.✅ Location: Currently based in the UAE.✅ Language: Fluent in English (strong communication skills for high-level client discussions).✅ Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is required.✅ Software: Functional knowledge of AutoCAD (clash detection & drawing reviews).✅ Experience: Proven site management track record in the UAE with strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills.
