Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Operations & Data Analyst to manage day-to-day ERP operations, ensure data accuracy across sales, inventory, and invoicing, and deliver actionable insights to management. This role plays a critical part in bridging operations and data to support smooth business workflows and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Systems Operations

• Act as the first point of contact for ERP and system-related issues; coordinate with software vendors for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across sales, inventory, and invoicing modules.
• Create new items in the ERP system and manage stock adjustments as required.

Sales & Order Operations

• Track daily sales performance and ensure timely closing of sales orders in the ERP system.
• Review pending delivery notes and ensure accurate documentation and processing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve order, pricing, and system issues.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Post stock entries accurately to maintain correct inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to update new physical stock in the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate entry passing for the Ink Department and other assigned departments.

Finance & Invoicing Support

• Edit and update invoices in coordination with the Finance Manager, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
• Ensure consistency between sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare sales incentives, KPI reports, and operational dashboards.
• Identify data mismatches, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Generate reports as required by Directors, General Manager, and Department Managers.

IT & Internal Coordination

• Provide basic IT hardware support and internal coordination during the IT Manager’s absence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system and process operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3years of experience in ERP operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or printing industries is an advantage.
