Sales/Marketing Executive

Plastech International FZC, a leading plastic products manufacturing company based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and promoting our plastic products in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product sales
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in local and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer demands
• Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic products industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the UAE market and international sales channels
• Fluency in English
• Arabic is Mandatory.
• Driving license preferred
