Office Admin Staff

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Admin Staff to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle documentation, filing, and office coordination
• Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administrative activities
• Maintain records, files, and company documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
• Prepare reports, letters, and other correspondence
• Handle phone calls, emails, and office inquiries
• Support management with administrative tasks as required

Salary: AED 2,000–2500 (based on experience and qualifications)

Location: Sharjah

Visa: Company visa will be provided (if applicable)
