Cleaning Supervisor

Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols, fostering a clean and safe environment.

Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention and implement corrective actions promptly.

Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet operational demands without excess. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in cleaning management or safety preferred.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a cleaning supervisory role within a commercial or institutional environment.

Proven track record of successfully managing a team, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational abilities.

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures, with certifications in Hazardous Materials Management a plus.

Driving License issued in UAE.
