BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development / Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in business development and proven experience working with major giga-projects in the Kingdom.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth.

Required Background

• Experience working with projects such as Red Sea, Diriyah, Qiddiya, NEOM, and Saudi Aramco.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within giga-projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Red Sea, Diriyah, Qiddiya, NEOM, Saudi Aramco, and other major projects.
• Track tender opportunities, prequalification requirements, and procurement plans.
• Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and presentations tailored to project requirements.
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align proposed solutions with project requirements.
• Achieve sales and business development targets and report on pipeline status.
