Brand Strategy Manager

We are looking for an experienced Brand Strategy Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will lead the development and governance of the Group's brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning, protecting brand integrity, and aligning marketing initiatives across multiple business units to support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's brand strategy and long-term brand roadmap.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and brand architecture across multiple business units.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines, governance, and identity standards to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Review and approve branding, naming, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and communication initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance and recommend strategic improvements based on market trends and business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate brand and reputational risks while safeguarding brand integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure alignment with the Group's brand strategy.
• Support branding initiatives for new business ventures, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, or Marketing.
• Previous experience managing multi-brand portfolios within large or diversified organizations.
• Experience in Retail, Real Estate, Investment, or diversified business groups is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
