Commercial Development Manager (Life Long Nutrition)

The Commercial Development Manager is responsible for driving sustainable category growth by translating consumer, shopper, and channel insights into winning commercial strategies. The role partners closely with key customers and internal stakeholders to deliver strong execution, optimize investments, improve promotion effectiveness, and ensure full compliance across all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Category & Channel Strategy: Drive Total Nutrition category growth by developing and executing strategies aligned with consumer, shopper, and channel dynamics.
• Insight-Led Action Planning: Leverage IMS, retail audits, sell-out data, and market trends to identify opportunities and build winning trade and customer strategies.
• Customer Partnership: Build sustainable and profitable relationships with top customers in KSA through close alignment with key stakeholders and disciplined follow-up on execution.
• Investment Management: Optimize customer budget strategy and allocation, review annual business investment plans, and track spending to ensure effective use of resources.
• Promotion & TTS Effectiveness: Evaluate activities through a Keep/Modify/Drop approach to improve ROI and trade spending efficiency.
• Performance Tracking: Lead category planning and tracking, identify growth drivers, monitor MBPC performance, and close execution gaps.
• Picture of Success Execution: Define and implement the Picture of Success across channels to secure strong availability, visibility, and planogram execution in-store and online.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to WHO Code and Nestlé policies in all commercial activities.

Are you a FIT?

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Nutrition experience preferred
• Strong-caliber talent for our largest and most critical business.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, ownership, dedication, adaptability, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders.
