Head of Sales

JOB PURPOSE

The Head of Sales reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for leading the commercial growth strategy across SIXT Rent A Car, the Leasing Vertical, SIXT Limo and Corporate Sales.

The role has full accountability for driving profitable revenue growth across all mobility products and sales channels, including short-term rental, long-term leasing, corporate accounts, government entities (B2G), strategic partnerships and fleet sales.

Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, the Head of Sales will define and execute the overall commercial strategy, develop high-performing sales teams and strengthen the company's position as the leading mobility provider in the UAE.In addition to leading the mobility businesses, this role will also assume responsibility for Gargash Corporate Sales, providing leadership across both passenger vehicle sales and fleet sales.

This creates one of the broadest commercial leadership roles within the automotive industry, spanning rental, leasing, limo, corporate mobility, government sales, fleet sales and passenger vehicle sales.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious commercial leader to gain experience across multiple automotive sectors within a single role. The breadth of responsibility is rarely found in the industry and offers the successful candidate exceptional exposure to strategic leadership, commercial growth and business transformation across a diverse portfolio.

Leading a team of more than 20 employees, the Head of Sales will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, expanding market share, building strategic partnerships and shaping the future commercial success of the combined business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commercial Leadership
• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy across Rental, Leasing, Limo, Corporate Sales and related mobility businesses.
• Drive profitable revenue growth, market share expansion and long-term commercial planning.
• Identify new revenue streams, mobility products and strategic partnerships.
• Business Development
• Lead all B2B and B2G sales activities, developing new business while growing key accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with major corporate customers, government entities and strategic partners.
• Expand the company's presence across mobility sectors and customer segments.
• Corporate, Leasing, Passenger & Fleet Sales
• Lead Corporate Sales and grow the Leasing portfolio across all customer segments.
• Develop tailored mobility solutions and identify new leasing and fleet opportunities.
• Oversee Gargash Corporate Sales activities across passenger vehicle and fleet sales, working closely with OEM partners to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Commercial Performance
• Own revenue, profitability and market share targets across all business units.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting and performance monitoring.
• Drive pricing, conversion and customer retention strategies.
• Customer & Market Development
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic stakeholders.
• Represent the business at major industry events and commercial engagements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across all commercial functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior commercial/sales leadership within car rental, leasing or mobility.
• Proven success in Rental, Leasing, Corporate, B2B and B2G sales.
• Experience leading large sales teams
• Strong strategic, financial, analytical and relationship management skills.
• Desirable
• Passenger vehicle and fleet sales experience.UAE corporate and government sector relationships.
• Experience managing multiple mobility or automotive business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.MBA preferred.
