Hotel Sales Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals within the hospitality sector to contribute to a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating B2B relationships, and managing a strong client portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining long-term relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and maximize revenue.
• Engage with corporate clients, travel agents, and other B2B partners to promote hotel services.
• Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings to build and nurture relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure consistent communication.
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall hotel goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in hotel sales within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
• Ability to relocate to Fujairah and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
