Role Description The Project Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for guiding project teams through planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and standards in a financial services context.

Day-to-day tasks include facilitating project meetings, tracking timelines and milestones, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying risks or issues that may affect project outcomes. The Project Coach will support team members with coaching and feedback, promote best practices in project management, and help maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams, with skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess project risks, resolve issues, and support decision-making.
• Experience working in or with financial services, investment, or capital markets environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are beneficial.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic office productivity software.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
