Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success and ongoing development.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organisations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services are aligned with market demands.
• Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment industry.
• A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
