Senior Sales Executive

We're Hiring: Senior Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our presence across the industrial sector.

Location: Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose

Lead business development activities by generating new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and growing key industrial accounts for calibration, testing, and inspection services. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in industrial B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities across industrial clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build strong relationships with procurement, QA/QC, and maintenance teams.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and solutions.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Support and mentor junior sales team members.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in calibration, testing, inspection, instrumentation, or other industrial technical services is highly preferred.
• Proven success selling to plants, factories, oil & gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing clients.

Existing network within the Eastern Province is a strong advantage.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Valid Saudi driving license.
