Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, developers, and investors.
• Prepare and present proposals that effectively communicate Rgheeb’s real estate solutions and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Attend real estate events and networking opportunities to expand Rgheeb's presence in the industry.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and market insights to management.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, particularly in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and investment principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.
