Technical Sales Manager – Industrial Services

Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and consultants.

Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with estimation and operations teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Lead technical presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.

Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and identify upcoming business opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Innovative Development (IDE) is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Industrial Services Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing technical sales, supporting estimation and tendering activities, and securing projects across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial sectors.
