Project Coordinator (Facade Projects)

Position: Project Coordinator – Facade Division

Location: Doha - Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the execution of facade projects from design through installation. The candidate will coordinate between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Follow up on technical submissions, approvals, and material procurement.
• Assist project managers in tracking budgets, variations, and project risks.
• Coordinate communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or facade projects.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in facade, curtain wall, or building envelope projects.
• Previous experience in GCC/Middle East projects.
