Property Consultant

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Property Consultants to join our Leasing Department. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving targets and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leasing leads.
• Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and close rental transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up through the CRM system.

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or business development are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Valid QID with transferable visa is preferred.
• Own car is an advantage.
