Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-oriented Residential Property Consultant to join our growing team in Qatar. In this role, you will guide clients through both resale and off-plan property opportunities, offering expert advice, building long-term relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to final deal closure.

What You'll Do

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and investment goals.
• Assist buyers and investors in identifying suitable resale and off-plan residential properties.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, calls, referrals, and market outreach.
• Present property options clearly and professionally, highlighting features, pricing, payment plans, and investment value.
• Conduct property viewings, project presentations, and client meetings with confidence and professionalism.
• Support clients throughout the full sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and closing.
• Stay updated on Qatar’s residential property market, pricing trends, competitor activity, and project launches.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, listings, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and follow-up communication as required.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and excellent customer service.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Good understanding of the Qatar real estate market, especially residential resale and off-plan properties.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confident in handling leads, client meetings, and sales follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
