Job Overview

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Qatar. This role is suited for professionals who can confidently manage client relationships, close high-value transactions, and contribute to sustained business growth in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property investment, buying, and selling decisions with a consultative approach
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Qatar real estate market
• Conduct property viewings and deliver a high standard of client service throughout the sales cycle
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, brokers, and industry contacts
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity
• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals in line with company policies
• Ensure full compliance with legal documentation and transaction procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience (off-plan experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Qatar real estate market and regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
• Proven negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and strong client-facing skills
• Immediate availability preferred
