Senior Digital Product Manager - Mobile Banking & Innovation

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), the premier financial institution in Kuwait and a leader in digital banking across the MENA region, is seeking a visionary Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Transformation division.

You will serve as a core architect of our mobile ecosystem, responsible for optimizing user experience (UX), integrating advanced AI and automation features, and driving the bank's digital-first strategy within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in digital product management, mobile app deployment, or FinTech solutions within a Tier-1 global or regional bank is strictly required.
• Deep technical proficiency in Agile methodologies, data analytics, and Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) digital regulatory standards is mandatory.
• Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires high mental stamina for complex problem-solving, rapid feature deployment, and leading cross-functional digital squads.
• Candidates must pass rigorous corporate background checks, possess a flawless regulatory history, and clear standard Kuwait employment and banking security credentialing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for NBK's mobile banking applications, develop and deploy predictive features utilizing customer data, collaborate seamlessly with IT architecture and retail banking teams to ensure flawless integration, conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize customer journeys, and drive operational efficiency in digital customer onboarding.
