The Supply Chain Officer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination and supplier communication. The role ensures timely availability of products, smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and restaurant operations to support uninterrupted business activity.

Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per approved guidelinesMaintain accurate and up-to-date supplier master data, including contact details, pricing, payment terms, and product information.

Maintain procurement records, including Certificates of Origin (COO) for protein items, Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs), Supplier Blacklist, Supplier Database, and Approved Product List (APL).

Escalate supplier quality issues, delivery delays, and commercial discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager in a timely manner.

Coordinate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, delivery variances, and stock-related issues.

Support warehouse and operations teams in fulfilling urgent procurement and replenishment requirements.

Identify and escalate potential supply chain risks that may impact product availability or business continuity.

Prepare and distribute procurement MIS reports covering purchasing activities, supplier performance, inventory movements, and outstanding orders.

Maintain complete and organized procurement documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
