Receptionist Cum Cashier

The Receptionist cum Cashier is responsible for welcoming customers, managing front desk operations, handling cash transactions, processing invoices and payments, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and daily cash reports.
• Receive cash, card, and online payments accurately.
• Maintain the cash drawer and ensure all transactions are balanced at the end of the day.
• Record daily sales and prepare cash deposit reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments and receipts.
• Maintain customer records and update the company system.
• Assist in filing, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support other departments with administrative duties when required.

Qualifications

• Those without experience can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or Front Desk Executive.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using POS systems or accounting software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
