Accountant / Administrative Officer

We are an established motorcycle trading and workshop company looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant / Admin Officer to join our growing team. If you are organized, numbers-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries using Tally ERP
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, stock inventory reports, and account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable & receivable and process monthly payroll
• Conduct monthly stock-taking and inventory verification
• Prepare invoices, receipts, job cards, and workshop documentation
• Maintain and organize company records and documents
• Assist walk-in and phone customers with motorcycle purchase and service inquiries

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

✅ Fluent in spoken and written English

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✅ Knowledge of Tally ERP is required; hands-on experience is a strong plus

✅ Tech-savvy with smartphones and common mobile apps

✅ Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
