You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and leading projects to ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and provide tailored tax solutions.
• Lead client meetings and facilitate discussions to deliver valuable tax insights and strategies.
• Tax Compliance And Advisory
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Provide expert advice on a broad range of tax issues, including corporate tax advisory, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Research And Analysis
• Stay abreast of developments in local and international tax legislation and assess their impact on client businesses.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to identify opportunities for tax planning and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, ADIT, CPA etc.)6+ years of general tax experience, preferably with at least five years focused on international, regional and national taxation.
• Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.
• In-depth, first-hand experience of a wide range of industries Significant experience in corporate tax, including advisory and compliance.
• Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
• In-depth knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior work experience and knowledge of Oman taxation will be an added advantage.
