Business Development Director

Purpose of the Role

The Business Development Director is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, and strengthening Infoline's position as a leading BPO and business services provider.

The role will develop and execute the company's commercial growth strategy while leading major client acquisition initiatives and strategic bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Infoline's business development strategy.
• Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives and enterprise client acquisition.
• Build relationships with government entities and large private sector organizations.
• Develop partnerships and alliances.
• Lead major RFPs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure solution feasibility.
• Build accurate sales forecasts and growth pipelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent Infoline at industry events and executive meetings.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years in Business Development or Sales Leadership.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in BPO, Outsourcing, Contact Centers, Digital Services, or Technology is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
