Key Account Manager (Oman Market)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to drive the growth of our Oman Market by developing and managing relationships with our key partners, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, trading communities, and high-value clients.

This role requires someone with strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and an understanding of the online trading, fintech, or financial services industry. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for strategic partners, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize partner success and revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key partners and clients in Oman Market market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional support.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow partner performance and achieve business targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue from existing partners.
• Source and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic business partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to understand their goals and recommend growth strategies.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to deliver effective campaigns and partner initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Monitor partner performance using key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and industry conferences when required.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline, account performance, and revenue forecasts.

We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales.
• Experience within Forex, CFD, FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, or Crypto is highly preferred.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, or financial partners in Oman is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with MT4/MT5 brokers or online trading platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management tools.
• Knowledge of Oman's financial market and competitive landscape.
• Experience managing remote or international stakeholders.
