Real Estate Telecaller / Telesales Executive

We're hiring an experienced Telesales Executive (F) to join our real estate team in Dubai. She focuses on outbound calling to property owners to secure new listings, so we're looking for someone with a proven track record in real estate tele calling who's confident, persistent, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners to source and secure exclusive/non-exclusive listings
• Build and maintain a database of leads and owner contacts
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the listing/sales agents
• Follow up consistently to convert cold leads into active listings
• Maintain accurate records of calls, listings, and owner details in the CRMMeet daily/weekly/monthly listing targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller/telesales in real estate (mandatory)
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with high call volumes and target-based work
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office
• Based in Dubai
